About Razi Salih – Career History and Education
Businessman and entrepreneur Razi Salih holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business from Ariel University and has gone on to hold directorships in a number of companies including XE Prime Ventures Ltd, Paytick UAB, and All New Investments Ltd.
From August 2009 to December 2010, Mr. Salih was a desk manager at Fenixo, where he was responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance regarding client deliverables and revenue including business planning, sales, and strategy development.
From January 2011 to April 2024 Mr. Salih worked for VP Marketing where he was responsible for marketing, advertising, and buying for some of the world’s largest media sites, negotiating deals, and managing campaigns.
Business Ventures
Mr. Salih is the co-founder of XE Prime Ventures which began operations in August 2017. Based in Grand Cayman, the company aims to become the world’s leading B2C and B2B financial trading technology and liquidity provider, offering its clients the best-performing products to add value for its licensees and retail brokers.
Mr. Salih is the director and chairman of the board of All New Investments Ltd. Alongside the board, he sets the overall strategic direction of the company, plans and implements long-term business strategies to achieve the company’s objectives, and monitors and reviews its financial performance. He is also in charge of setting companywide KPIs, guiding senior members of the company, implementing new processes and procedures, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and speed up processes across the business. The company’s overarching vision is to become the market leader in its field.
The real estate company that Mr. Salih founded several years ago offered buying, selling, and rental services to its clients for properties in countries including Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Cyprus, and Turkey.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work, Mr. Salih enjoys participating in many extreme sports, including snowboarding, skydiving, driving jeeps over challenging terrain (he is a member of several Jeep clubs), and freestyle motorcross. The latter, also known as FMX, is a variation of motorcross in which riders undertake a range of jumps and stunts. Freeriding is the original form of the sport, starting in the hills of southern California. Mr. Salih also enjoys playing soccer and swimming, reading, and eating Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine.
